Tiffany is an Acquiring Group Leader responsible for acquisitive growth of the Omegro portfolio within Constellation Software Inc. listed in Toronto (CSU:TSX). She is the former CEO of Adapt IT, an Omegro portfolio company and is responsible for acquisitive growth in the Middle East and Africa, including the acquisitive growth of Adapt IT.

Corporate Development
Stephanie is a seasoned Corporate Development professional with more than 7 years M&A and Corporate Development experience in various industries across North America, Europe, and Africa. Stephanie leads engagements and strategic acquisition conversations when founders and/or management teams are exploring their next phase of growth. In addition to engaging with the management team, she is keen to cultivate long-term relationships with M&A Corporate Advisers for when the time is right to further these conversations.

5. Due Diligence
A comprehensive business appraisal that includes a complete financial model and Investment Memo.
6. Purchase Agreement
The final execution for either a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) or Asset Purchase Agreement (APA).
7. Receive Proceeds
The deal is now done, but the journey has only just begun.
