When I first received the news that I had been named one of the 100 Influential Women in Tech for 2025, I was overwhelmed with emotion. To be recognized among such a powerful group of women who are shaping the future of technology is a tremendous honour-one I do not take lightly. 

This recognition is not just about me. It is a reflection of the work we are doing at ETS Group and the incredible journey we are on to build an African company that not only competes on a global stage but sets new standards for innovation, excellence, and purpose. My dream for ETS has always been to create a business rooted in African values, excellence, resilience, collaborative, forward-thinking, and unapologetically bold.

ETS has grown from a vision to a fully operational force in the tech and business solutions space. We have had the privilege of partnering with leading companies across multiple sectors, delivering services that range from IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, ERP to analytics, training, and digital transformation. Our goal has always been to help organisations thrive in a fast-evolving digital world, and the impact we have made so far is something I’m incredibly proud of.

But what truly sets ETS apart is our people. I am privileged to lead a dynamic team of professionals who bring energy, innovation, and a deep commitment to excellence every single day. The success we have achieved at ETS would not be possible without the dedication and brilliance of the team around me. Their ability to solve complex problems, work collaboratively, and constantly push the envelope is what fuels our continued growth.

Being part of a high-performing team has taught me the power of shared vision and collective leadership. To be recognized as one of the 100 Influential Women in Tech is humbling. It affirms that the work we are doing is not only relevant but impactful. It reminds me of the importance of representation in leadership and the power of African women in the tech space. We belong here. We are driving innovation here.
